Advanced Digital Underwater Photography
About the Course
The Advanced Digital Underwater Photography Course is a one-day course designed for amateur photographers who are comfortable shooting in full manual, understands u/w lighting and strobe operation, and wishes to take their underwater photography skills to the next level and beyond.
This course will introduce you to advanced lighting skills, techniques of creative underwater photography and advanced composition techniques. This course is very versatile, and can be tailored to the individual or group as requested.
As with the Intro and Intermediate Courses, this course is divided into the three components of classroom, diving, and review, with the morning spent discussing advanced u/w photo topics and terminology and practicing the logistics of advanced shooting. The afternoon will, of course, be aboard the Pro Diver II for real-world training on Ft. Lauderdale’s best wreck and reef sites. Finally, after diving, we will review your photos and discuss honing your shooting skills for ongoing u/w photo dives.
