We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy lets you know how your personal information is processed and outlines Pro Dive's use practices.
Pro Dive does not collect personal information from you without your consent. Wherever Pro Dive collects personal information (as in the newsletter sign-up), we include a link to this Privacy Policy. The personal information we request from you may include your name, e-mail address, phone number, work or home address, information about your diving history, dive training credentials, information about your previous education.
Pro Dive may request your e-mail address or mailing address for the purposes of sending our e-newsletter, conducting a contest or to provide additional services (for example, special announcements). Participation in contests or other promotions is voluntary and you have a choice whether or not to disclose personal information. You will not be included in our e-mail database unless your specifically opt-in to receive these updates. You will have the opportunity to opt-out at any time. Pro Dive does not share its email database with any other organization.
We maintain a strict "No-Spam" policy which means that we do not sell, rent, or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third-party, without your consent.
