Pro Dive offers three different formats of the PADI Open Water Diver course. The price of your course includes choice of eLearning or standard academic training, pool sessions, use of all scuba diving equipment, four ocean boat dives, your new certification card, and all course materials. There are no hidden costs when you take PADI Open Water Diver certification course with us.
Students are eligible for discount pricing on equipment.
Entry Requirements:
You must be at least 10 years of age to participate in the PADI Open Water Diver course.

Equipment Needed:
All of the equipment you need to participate in the class is included – except your mask, snorkel, fins and booties. Students are required to provide these items since these are very personal items and should be individually fitted. We encourage our students to purchase their most intimate items as fit and comfort are very important to the enjoyment of diving. These items may also include a wetsuit. In time you may want to invest in owning your own scuba equipment such as regulator, buoyancy compensator, and dive computer. At Pro Dive we have special student package pricing discounts for all our students.
Schedule & Dates:
Beginning your scuba training is easy and convenient, designed to fit the busy schedules of just about everyone. We offer your choice of learning the academic sections online or in a classroom. Your pool and ocean boat dives are conducted on weekends or weekdays. With our exclusive Signature Scuba program, we can even customize your course teaching it at your home and in your own pool!
Our most popular Open Water Diver course format is the eLearning program, with pool sessions and ocean boat dives on the weekends. You can start this program anytime, anywhere as long as you have an internet connection.
When registering for eLearning there is a $120 online fee to start the process. This fee is paid directly to PADI for the online portion of the program. As an added benefit to you we will provide you with an in-store credit of $120 that can be used towards the purchase of your mask, snorkel and fins needed for the course, or anything else that you might need at Pro Dive! To be eligible for this offer, you must associate with Pro Dive when signing up for eLearning and be enrolled in the class.

Open Water Diver / Enriched Air Diver Specialty Certification Combination:
The PADI Enriched Air Diver (aka nitrox) course is PADI’s most popular specialty scuba diving course and can be done in conjunction with your Open Water Scuba Diver training. Scuba diving with enriched air gives you more no decompression dive time – which means more time underwater, especially on repetitive scuba dives. In addition to Open Water Diver training this course covers Enriched Air online eLearning; Open Water training Dive 4 using enriched air; certification fees; your new certification cards and all course materials including enriched air dive computer during training. When registering for Enriched Air eLearning there is a $195 online fee to start the process. This fee is paid directly to PADI for the online portion of the program.
