Studio Room – bedroom with one queen bed, small fridge, microwave and coffee
maker - $50 per night, $290 per week
All rates subject to 11% Hotel Tax. Price is for one person and one additional family
member with an additional charge of $10 plus 11% tax per night per person sharing.
Please note that these rates are subject to availability. Holidays and special events may require a surcharge and minimum stay.
At the time of reservation a 25% deposit per room will be charged to guarantee the reservation. This deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Penalty for cancellations less than 30 days before scheduled arrival date is the deposit in full.
